Cuban restaurant and bakery, Pambiche, with the support of Portland State University’s Black Studies Department, invite you to a benefit for Haiti. On “Fat Tuesday” (February 16th, 2010) all proceeds from the sales of Pambiche’s Cuban breakfast will go to aid earthquake survivors. Breakfast is served from 7-11 am and from 7-8 am Pambiche offers their “2-4-1 Early Bird Breakfast Special” all breakfast entrees are two for the price of one. DJ Fantasma will be spinning a special all Haitian music playlist for the Fat Tuesday breakfast party! Pambiche is located at 2811 NE Glisan
Proceeds and additional donations will go to the “Dr. Lesly Manigat Foundation,” a Haitian medical organization currently working in the hospitals of Port au Prince, administered by the Director of the Council of International Education Exchange in the Dominican Republic.
