These events provide no-cost family-friendly fun at a variety of local parks and community hubs.
Wilsonville Juneteenth Celebration

This year’s theme is Freedom to Create & Contribute, and features a keynote by Kimberly Howard Wade, the executive director of Caldera Arts, which empowers and inspires at-risk youth through art, environment, and mentoring. The organization also supports creatives and cultural workers as they seek to build skills and relationships to further their efforts.
KMHD’s Bryson Wallace will be spinning music, and several community partners are joining us to engage and connect with the Wilsonville community. Cafe Yumm will also be available (while supplies last).
This free event is being planned and executed by the City’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. This outdoor event takes place at Town Center Park. Remarks are expected to take place between 5:15 and 5:45 pm. Most activities take place on concrete; a few activities may be in grassed areas. The park's water feature will be in operation except during remarks. Activities, including coloring and yard games, are offered throughout the event.
