Description
The 200 square foot Moon Cottage joins an existing home, a natural clay garden house, vegetable, flower and herb beds, fruit trees, a grape arbor, perennials, a huglekulture strawberry bed and an outdoor canning kitchen. Located on the property of author and teacher of food preservation and urban farming, Harriet Fasenfest, the Moon Cottage uses elements of light straw-clay-construction, including Larsen-truss framing, plywood forming and a mixture of straw and clay materials.
